i‘ve been practicing massage and meditation for 25 years. I began my studies at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) in San Diego. There I studied Structural Integration, Sensory Repatterning, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue Sculpting, Neromuscular therapy, Tui Na, and more. 2012, I moved to Big Sur and lived and worked at the Esalen Institute. I expanded my experience with a YTT 200 Yoga Teacher Training with Mount Madonna Institute. I deepened my practice with Dharma Moon's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training.
Ida Rolf
Ida Rolf was the mother of Structural Integration, commonly known as Rolfing. My mentor, Dr. Maupin, studied with Ida at the Esalen Institute in the late 60’s.
Milton Trager
Milton Trager created Psycho Physical Integration. commonly called Trager work. I learned the Trager approach from Gail Stewart in Berkeley. Before that I studied with James Stewart in San Diego, both early students of Milton.
